ABOUT THE PRACTICE
After completing his undergraduate studies at the at University of Pretoria (UP) in 2003, Dr Devan Scott went on to achieve his level one trauma training at the Johannesburg Gen Hospital. After working in this hospital for some time, Dr Scott pursued a career as a touring doctor working at the world’s leading medical and security assistance company, International SOS (ISOS), doing international medical air evacuations.
Following this exposure, he continued towards developing his surgical training. After completing his basic training, he acted as a medical officer at a secondary hospital, GF Jooste Hospital in Mannenberg on the Cape Flats.
